Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leverage analytics, data mining, and consumer insights to drive growth and optimize performance metrics.
- Analyze purchase behavior to segment the customer base and design targeted ‘reach-out’ initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Lead consumer research to inform localized marketing strategies, ensuring our approach resonates with the Iraqi market.
- Collaborate with last-mile vendors, warehousing partners, clearing agents, and customer service providers to streamline operations and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Implement data analysis automation to scale business insights, enabling fast and informed decision-making.
- Use a keen understanding of consumer behavior to propose new features or product innovations that meet local market needs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in growth roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and motivate a team.
- Proven experience managing projects and campaigns.
- Deep understanding of Gen Z culture, social media trends, and growth tactics for young audiences.
- Creative and strategic thinker with an enthusiasm for engaging with our target customers.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
