Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard enthusiastic campus ambassadors from colleges and universities to represent the brand.
- Develop a structured onboarding process to train ambassadors on brand values, goals, and expectations.
- Design and implement strategies to ensure the campus ambassador program aligns with overall marketing goals.
- Create and manage monthly and quarterly campaigns, providing ambassadors with tools, guidelines, and creative resources.
- Develop KPIs and track program success metrics such as engagement, reach, quality content, and ambassador performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with campus ambassadors, serving as the main point of contact for program support and feedback.
- Conduct regular check-ins with ambassadors to monitor progress, motivate, and address any challenges they may face.
- Work with ambassadors to generate authentic, engaging content that resonates with the student demographic and promotes the brand.
- Plan and oversee on-campus events, activations, and promotional activities to enhance brand presence.
- Provide ambassadors with creative assets, event kits, and promotional materials to drive awareness and participation.
- Conduct regular training sessions on brand values, product knowledge, social media best practices, and event execution.
- Encourage ambassadors to develop their skills in marketing, social media, and event management.
- Offer them growth opportunities.
- Track and report on ambassador activities, campaign performance, and ROI of the program.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize program effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
- Inspire ambassadors to become passionate advocates for the brand, encouraging them to actively engage their peers and foster brand loyalty.
- Build a sense of community among ambassadors by organizing virtual and in-person meetups, group activities, and reward programs.
- Brainstorm and execute other innovative ways to connect with the community, such as virtual events, exclusive content, contests, or loyalty programs, to build long-term brand affinity.
- Develop, manage, and engage a customer community using WhatsApp's community feature, fostering a space for customers to connect, share experiences, and access exclusive brand content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campus ambassador programs, or community management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and motivate a team.
- Proven experience managing projects, campaigns, and event planning.
- Deep understanding of Gen Z culture, social media trends, and marketing tactics for youth audiences.
- Creative and strategic thinker with an enthusiasm for engaging with college students.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in community building, social media, or grassroots marketing.
- Knowledge of analytics tools for tracking engagement and measuring success.
- Experience with social media content creation and community partnerships.
